Frequently Asked Questions
About The Art
Do you offer both original art and prints?
Yes!
Originals
Each month, I share a series of mini original paintings, and every couple of months a larger, curated body of work - often centred around a colour palette or feeling I’ve been exploring.
Prints
I now offer digital art prints! These are instantly downloadable artworks you can print at home or through your local print shop - available to collect anytime. Fine art prints are something I’m currently working towards, with a collection in development to follow future original releases.
Where can I purchase your work from?
My work can be purchased exclusively from my online store - amylockwoodart.com.
Do you accept commissions/custom orders?
Unfortunately I am not currently accepting any commission requests. If you are a business wanting to license my work or propose a project or collaboration, please contact me here.
Can I license your artwork for a project or collaboration?
Absolutely - I'd love to hear from you! Please contact me here.
Are your paintings signed with a certificate of authenticity attached?
Yes, every original artwork purchased will arrive with my signature on the back of the canvas, along with a completed certificate to confirm authenticity.
How can I hang my painting and care for it over time?
Each painting will arrive with a hanging wire or hook attached to the back of the canvas or frame, ready to hang on your wall! All of my pieces have been sealed with a protective layer of varnish to enhance durability. If you wish to clean your piece over time, you can do so by using a soft microfibre cloth to gently remove any dust.
Payments & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I offer international shipping! You can find all Shipping & Returns details here.
What payment methods do you accept?
Amy Lockwood Art accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
- PayPal
Do you offer payment plans for larger pieces?
Yes. You can choose to pay in four smaller installments using Afterpay, Shop Pay, or PayPal Pay in 4 at checkout. Original artworks are limited and in high demand - so with these payment plan options you can secure the piece you love and pay it off in easy, interest-free installments.
Will my parcel be insured during transit?
Yes - all orders will be insured with the postal company upon lodgement.
How long is the shipping process?
Orders are dispatched within:
- Up to 3 business days for greeting cards and mini artworks
- Up to 1 week for larger original pieces
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. A general guideline outside of peak periods is up to one week from dispatch for orders within Australia, and up to three weeks for international orders.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Every order is packaged with care. However, in the off occasion that your purchase arrives and has endured damage during delivery, please contact me as soon as possible at:
hello@amylockwoodart.com
In your email, include your order details and clear photos of packaging prior to opening (if possible), as well as the damage incurred so it can be assessed. From here I will organise a solution.
