All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Australia.
International shipping is available to most countries.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $300.
Orders are dispatched within:
Up to 3 business days for greeting cards and mini artworks
Up to 1 week for larger original pieces
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
For international orders, customs or import duties may apply depending on your location. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Digital Art Prints
Digital prints are delivered instantly after purchase.
You will receive a download link immediately at checkout, and a copy will also be sent to your email so you can access your files at any time.
Returns & Refunds
As each piece is created and prepared with care, I’m unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
This includes original artworks, greeting cards, and digital art prints. Digital works are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, and physical pieces are produced or handled in small, considered quantities.

Order Issues
Every order is packaged with care. However, in the off occasion that your purchase arrives and has endured damage during delivery, please contact me as soon as possible at:

In your email, include your order details and clear photos of packaging prior to opening (if possible), as well as the damage incurred so it can be assessed.
From here I will organise a solution.
